Inspired by the Sea

Aurelia is a vessel for slow stories, exploring climate through culture, place and the intimate ways we connect with our planet. Aurelia takes it's name from the moon jellyfish (Aurelia aurita) - an ancient being that drifts by light, temperature and tide. The word comes from Latin, meaning golden or of the dawn. Aurelia is attuned to subtle change. We believe that attention, slowness and care are ways of seeing and that the most meaningful stories often glow rather then shout.
